Whoever meets Eden April Alemania-Dayrit will see a deep passion in all the things she does. She discovered her core gift in real estate investing at age 24. She then focused and excelled in her chosen career as an investor. This led her to be the fastest “Think Rich Pinoy” asset millionaire franchisee in 9 months. She has bought, renovated, sold, and leased 15 properties with a cumulative amount of about P35 million.
Eden graduated as a chemical engineer at De La Salle University – Manila in 2003. She worked for 2 semiconductor companies for 3 years which prompted her to take up her master’s degree in electronics engineering under the Department of Science and Technology scholarship at Ateneo de Manila University thinking that being employed as an engineer will be her lifelong career.
However, on the last semester of the course, entrepreneurship called and she didn’t finish her master’s thesis. Instead, she pursued a career in real estate investing. Today, she is the CEO of Manila Open House and owner of Books Please, a chain of bookstores.
