He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and has masteral degrees in Business Administration and in Economics.
Ben is a US-Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. He has also undertaken advanced certification trainings in some focused applications of NLP, specifically LAB (Language-and-Behavior) Profiling® and Core Transformation. LAB Profiling® is an indispensable tool in Sales as it enables an individual to identify and recognize what motivates and drives another person to respond in just the course of an ordinary conversation. “Core Transformation” is a life coaching tool that helps people get rooted into their “Core” states, which then allows them to perform at their best levels.
Ging Igual, Certified EQ Trainer

For her corporate affiliation, she is currently a Consultant at Towers Watson (previously known as Watson Wyatt Phils., Inc.) a multinational focused on the development of human capital and financial management where she handles business development initiatives for both the Talent & Rewards and the Benefits Practice. She is also part of the Learning and Development Team of the Towers Watson Global Resource Center where she focuses on Engagement initiatives for all its associates.
Raymond Lim, RB Global Holdings CEO
Raymond Lim is the CEO of RB Global Holdings Singapore and RBG Philippines Inc., Founder of TLC Consultancy; a Business Consultant, Property Owner and an Investor. He is a sought after speaker and trainer by many companies and sales agencies. He graduated with a Business degree from leading University in Singapore, the National University of Singapore.
To date he has trained over 2,000 people in United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia and Tanzania.
Carelle Mangaliag, NLP Certified Trainer and CEO of TrainStation
Carelle Mangaliag is the President, CEO, and Chief Training Officer of Trainstation with offices in Manila, Hongkong and Singapore. She is an inspiring, amazing, entertaining speaker who electrifies her audience with her energy and boosts them with motivation.
Carelle is one of the country’s pioneer NLP practitioners and is an NLP coach and international trainer. Bernard Marquez, Certified StrengthsFinder Trainer
Bernard Marquez is the first Certified Strengths Finder Coach in the Philippines. He is also an EQ coach under the Six Seconds company, a global network of coaches and trainers for Emotional Intelligence, and a certified Thinking Coach for Buzan’s Mind Mapping systems and has trained many executives on the skill of Innovation and Creative Thinking.
