Noli Alleje

Manuel “Noli” Alleje, a.k.a. “El Subastajero” is a professional real estate investor, marketer, and publicist. He is the founder of The Property Forum, Inc., which specializes in auctions of foreclosed properties. Its Sales & Brokerage Division is a consistent top seller in projects it sells.
The company also provides real estate services such as joint venture packaging, site selection services, consultancy and research, commercial and investment sales, industrial sales and leasing, retail leasing, residential sales and leasing, and hotel/resort/leisure club investment sales.

He conceptualized and produced the first real estate talk show aired on nationwide television.

Jake Bere

Jake Bere of www.jakebere.com is a 28-year old entrepreneur that specializes in the area of sales and distribution system. He is also a financial adviser and a full time family man.

With his experience in San Miguel Corporation and through other business ventures that he has done, Jake is now focused in helping many sales and marketing people in developing their selling and interpersonal skills. Currently he is developing a group of marketing oriented people that is working on spreading the word about financial education by investing in paper assets and the stock market as well.

Jake is in charge of the Sales and Marketing of The Business Incubators and is now working on several projects with other companies to grow their businesses through marketing and advertising campaigns.

Juanis Barredo

Juan Barredo is the Vice President for Sales and Marketing of CitisecOnline. He is COL’s main speaker for the COL Investor Seminar Series and has addressed audiences over 8,000 customers and investors nationwide.

Juanis has over 15 years of experience in the stock market, with particular focus and in-depth knowledge on technical analysis. He is currently a consultant to an established US-based hedge fund in New York with over US$3.0 billion under management.  He supervises the training and instruction for incumbent traders and the customer relations group.

Bryant William Cuison

Bryant William Cuison is the Head of Corporate Sales for VISMIN and International Sales Operations of Avida Land Corp., an Ayala Land Company. He manages a team of 85 corporate accounts officers in Manila, 25 officers in Cebu, 150 brokers and international sellers and explores new sales territories outside the Philippines, including Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau and Australia.

Bryant set up the first Avida Corporate Sales Operations with 25 Corporate Accounts Officers in Cebu City, growing it to a total of 85 in a span of two months. He also headed exploratory sales caravans in Malaysia, Macau, and Brunei and closed P35M, P25M and P20M worth of reservation sales, respectively. He also increased reservation sales from P450M in 2009 to P750M in 2010. Bryant increased sales takeup of Avida Towers Cebu from 30 to 50 units per month in the first quarter of 2011.

Prior to Avida Land, Bryant worked at Shopping Center Management Corporation as Assistant Mall Manager of SM City North Edsa and CB1 Group of Companies as Marketing and Operations Manager. Bryant graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management-Entrepreneurship at De La Salle University, Manila, and a Master in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management.

Ian del Carmen

Ian del Carmen is the President and CEO of Fireball Group of Companies. He started doing business online in April 2006 and after less than a year established a name for himself and an established empire in the Internet marketing industry.

Ian is one of the most sought after Internet marketing consultants in the world right now, having a regular client base of 70,000+ businesses worldwide from Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Australia to as far as Canada, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Through sheer determination and studying the ins and outs of Internet marketing on his own, Ian built his company from a one-man business he first operated out of his own bedroom to one that now has more than 70,000 clients worldwide.

Eireen Diokno-Bernardo is a recognized eBay and PayPal as E-Commerce Education Specialist for Southeast Asia. She is also recommended by Jim Griffith, the Dean of eBay University in the U.S. as an eBay Education Specialist for worldwide online trading in the Philippines. She has been endorsed by UnionBank for E-Commerce and E-Learning.

Ten years ago, Eireen’s husband bought truckloads of antique soda bottles and auctioned them off and sold some on eBay for three times their worth. That started Eireen’s passion for eBay, selling collectibles, antiquities, art, etc. all over the world. Within a year, they became an eBay Power Seller.

Jan Mckingley Hilado

Jan Mckingley Hilado of www.janmckhilado.com is a 20-year young serial entrepreneur, a college drop-put and one of the top Internet marketers in the Philippines.

Johnnin Hanz Florentino

Hanz Florentino is the Creative Director of The Business Incubators (TBI), a marketing and business consultancy firm with the advocacy of making businesses stand out through radical marketing campaigns and events, Internet visibility and promotions, and smart guerilla marketing. Maria Rhoda Villaseñor

Maria Rhoda Villaseñor has more than 18 years work experience in banking, insurance and the academe. She started her career in one of the leading banks here in the Philippines, particularly in the Corporate Banking Group and Retail Banking Group where she stayed for more than 8 years.  Later on moving to AXA Philippines as part of the sales team where she was awarded a “Rookie of the Year” and qualified for local & foreign trip incentives given by the company. Eventually, she joined the Training & Development team as Head of BankAssure-Metrobank Training of AXA Philippines. And now, in her new role with BPI-Philam as Asst. Vice President – Head of Training and Talent Acquisition, she leads a team of very competent Training and Recruitment Officers.
