Meet Sales Guru Alex Araneta

Alex Araneta has had extensive experience in the field of Sales and Marketing, spanning 20 years and having handled many products in various industries ranging from confectionary to coffee to contraceptives and to construction materials. He started his career in the field of brand management as a Product Assistant for Hershey’s / Goya in 1987 and moved his marketing career forward with stints in companies such as CFC/Universal Robina Corporation, the USAID and RFM Corporation.

In 1996, Alex expanded his work experience to include sales by leading several sales teams of various companies to success selling a variety of products such as appliances, a theme park and construction materials.

Currently, Alex continues to do consultancy work in the area of Sales and Marketing for a number of companies in the construction industry and is part of the pool of speakers of People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Industry Group. But it is as Chief Encouragement Officer of Inspire Leadership Consultancy wherein Alex finds himself most fulfilled as he leads the team in building and adding value to people by doing keynotes on personal and organizational effectiveness as well as promoting the leadership programs of Mr. John Maxwell. He also regularly conducts training workshops for his own program called “Successful Selling”.

Alex has been happily married for 19 years now and has been blessed with two children – Kally, an incoming college freshman and Elian who will be in Grade 4.
