Best-selling author of the book “Think Rich Quick,” Trace Trajano is a real estate investor with main operations in the US and a real estate franchise here in the Philippines. He has acquired over half a billion pesos worth of investment real estate in the past six and a half years.

Eden April Alemania-Dayrit Whoever meets Eden April Alemania-Dayrit will see a deep passion in all the things she does. She discovered her core gift in real estate investing at age 24. She has bought, renovated, sold, and leased 15 properties with a cumulative amount of about P35 million.

Eden graduated as a chemical engineer at De La Salle University – Manila in 2003. Eireen Diokno-Bernardo Ten years ago, Eireen Diokno-Bernardo’s husband bought truckloads of antique soda bottles and auctioned them off and sold some on eBay for three times their worth. She and her husband currently have over 3,000 items on five stores on eBay – Ratratan Valley Fashion (apparels), Dekada Arts Philippines (art), Dekada Collectibles (collectibles and memorabilia), Dekada Music (music) and Maria Makiling (portraitures and musical instruments). She also runs eBay stores for other businesses.

Dr. Rodolfo “Dr. Dups” de los Reyes Dr. Dups, as he is fondly called by his participants, has been a top salesman in life insurance and multi-level networking, with several awards including Top Million-Peso Producer. Joseph Wong Joseph Wong is the head of business development in the Greater China region and the Philippines for Superfund Financial (Hong Kong) Limited, part of the Superfund group of investment companies that is among the world’s leading providers of managed futures funds. Superfund takes a fully automated approach to trading in about 150 futures markets around the globe.

Joseph oversees the channel distribution and institutional business. Before joining Superfund in 2007, Joseph, as the head of sales in Southern China region for AIG Global Pensions – Asia, was instrumental in setting up China pension offices in different mainland cities and developing the pension business in China. Prior to AIG, he was an analyst with Bank of China (Hong Kong).
