Noli Alleje
Manuel “Noli” Alleje, a.k.a. “El Subastajero” is a professional real estate investor, marketer, and publicist. He is the founder of The Property Forum, Inc., which specializes in auctions of foreclosed properties. Its Sales & Brokerage Division is a consistent top seller in projects it sells.
The company also provides real estate services such as joint venture packaging, site selection services, consultancy and research, commercial and investment sales, industrial sales and leasing, retail leasing, residential sales and leasing, and hotel/resort/leisure club investment sales.

Jake Bere

Bryant William Cuison
Bryant William Cuison is the Head of Corporate Sales for VISMIN and International Sales Operations of Avida Land Corp., an Ayala Land Company. He manages a team of 85 corporate accounts officers in Manila, 25 officers in Cebu, 150 brokers and international sellers and explores new sales territories outside the Philippines, including Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau and Australia.
Bryant set up the first Avida Corporate Sales Operations with 25 Corporate Accounts Officers in Cebu City, growing it to a total of 85 in a span of two months. He also headed exploratory sales caravans in Malaysia, Macau, and Brunei and closed P35M, P25M and P20M worth of reservation sales, respectively. He also increased reservation sales from P450M in 2009 to P750M in 2010. Bryant increased sales takeup of Avida Towers Cebu from 30 to 50 units per month in the first quarter of 2011.
Prior to Avida Land, Bryant worked at Shopping Center Management Corporation as Assistant Mall Manager of SM City North Edsa and CB1 Group of Companies as Marketing and Operations Manager. Bryant graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management-Entrepreneurship at De La Salle University, Manila, and a Master in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management.

Ian del Carmen is the President and CEO of Fireball Group of Companies. He started doing business online in April 2006 and after less than a year established a name for himself and an established empire in the Internet marketing industry.

Johnnin Hanz Florentino
