Discount Policy

To avail of discounts (rock bottom, super saver, and early bird rates) or special promos, you must register on or before the indicated deadline for registration. You will be given 5 working days to make your payment. Otherwise, the discounted rate for that period is forfeited and you will have to pay the next higher rate.

Substitution, Cancellation, & Refund Policies

Please understand that we require sufficient time for any substitution or cancellation to determine the final count as that it affects our logistics and costs.

Substitution. If you are unable to attend the event you registered and paid for, you have the option of sending a substitute. However, you have to notify us at least 10 days in advance. Please send an e-mail to register [@] iluvlearning.com and indicate your request.  Otherwise, it will be considered a no-show and cannot be refunded.

Cancellation. In case you cannot send a replacement, you may cancel your registration and ask for a refund, subject to a 10% processing fee. Please notify us 10 days or more in advance. Cancellation 10 working days or less before the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, plus any bank charges that may apply. Please send an e-mail to register [@] iluvlearning.com and indicate your request.  Otherwise, it will be considered a no-show and cannot be refunded. Allow us 4 weeks after the event to send your refund via deposit to your bank account or credit to your PayPal account or credit card.

No Show Policy

If for any reason you did not show up during the event you paid for, it will be considered a no-show, and the fee is non-refundable. Also, if you did not notify us via email to register [@] iluvlearning.com that you are going to cancel or send a substitute at least 10 days in advance, it will be considered a no-show and the fee cannot be refunded.

Event Cancellation

In case we cancel an event, we will properly notify all participants who have signed up. You have the option of applying your fee to any of our future seminars. Or you can ask for a refund at no charge. Please allow 4 weeks for the refund via deposit to your bank account or credit to your PayPal account or credit card. Simply send an e-mail to register [@] iluvlearning.com and indicate your request.
